Trainer Notes

Alicia was out of town part of last week. As we all know, it can be hard to keep up your exercise routine and healthy eating while your away from home. But Alicia was able to get a little exercising in during her trip.

Now that she's back, we're back to business! Her 5k run is less than 2 weeks away, so we want to make sure she's ready for that. Today we did a full 2 miles on the treadmill without stopping -- her longest run so far! She completed it with no problem (although she might not agree with the no problem part!), and I definitely think she could have done more. I have no doubt that with her training, the adrenaline of race day and the help from her supporters, she will successfully complete the 5k distance on July 18th.
